"UKRAINE: TURKEY BREEDING and MEAT MARKET"

New research raises key problems related to development of Ukrainian turkey meat market. For the last two years, after saturation of the chicken meat market, turkey breeding has been vigorously developing to meet high demand for meat. The turkey meat market is far from saturation and this constitutes a very good opportunity for expansion of new production capacities. That is why turkey breeding is one of the branches of Ukrainian animal husbandry that are the most investment-attractive.
