ANIMAL FODDERS MARKET"
The new research paper addresses the main aspects of
development of Ukrainian market of combined animal fodders, including fodder
supplements. The paper also discusses in detail the basic issues of provision of

tendencies of production of combined animal fodders for cattle, swine and

Dynamics of combined animal fodders production in the recent
years has acquired stable tendency although the volumes of production still
remain insignificant when compared to 1990 (3.2
mln t in 2005 and 16.5 mln t in
1990). The segment of combined animal fodders
production for cattle and swine is still in no better situation.
Protein and vitamin supplement production is still
underdeveloped – whereas in 1990 for 16.5 mln t of combined animal fodders 827,
000 t supplements was manufactured, in 2005 this figure, according to
preliminary estimations, was about 18, 000-20, 000 t
(cf. 1995 – 2, 000 t).
