Since the start of 2016/17, Ukraine has exported 30.83 MMT of grain so far, which is 2.02 MMT more than in the same period of the last season.
This has been reported by the press service of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
In particular, during the reporting period Ukrainian farmers exported 13.97 MMT of wheat, which is 1.63 MMT more than in the same period of the last year.
Barley exports from the beginning of MY 2016/17 amounted to 4.7 MMT, which is 0.73 MMT more than in the corresponding period of the last season.
At the same time, the volume of corn exports amounted to 11.91 MMT, which is 0.18 MMT less than in the same period of MY 2015/16.
It is also noted that for the period from 1 to 15 March 2017, Ukraine exported 1.39 MMT of grain.
